It is advised that you load the vehicle to be weighed with all equipment, tools, fuel and water you intend to carry as this will give a more accurate outcome.

These weights are determined on the existing weight of the vehicle at the time of weighing. Generally the Road-safety inspectors, police or insurance investigators will assume the water and fuel tanks are full.
